Steve Lucas - Sales Manager
I was born in and raised in Stamford, CT, and came to Pinellas County, Florida, in 1986. My background over the past 30+ years has been in management and sales to the construction industry.
My experience includes Home Center Management, Hardware Store ownership, and Sales and Management in the construction rental industry. All of this background has one common denominator, which is to provide customer service and satisfaction. I offer this in providing the finest quality pavement services to my customers.
I have been married since 1971 and we have 2 daughters, 2 granddaughters, and 1 grandson.
I was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2005, overseeing the Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Lee County markets. In 2007, I accepted the position of Sales Manager and oversee all Relationship Team sales functions statewide. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions.

Joel Samon - Business Development Manager
Thank you for choosing Parking Area Maintenance, Inc., the local leader in asphalt maintenance and, more importantly, customer service. We have been providing superior customer service to the entire state of Florida for several decades.
I graduated from Northeast High School and worked my way through college with several construction companies, after which I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1997. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been given the opportunity to start my professional career with such a well-run, successful corporation.
Having been a Pinellas county resident since birth, I have watched this area flourish and become one of the more predominate areas in Florida. I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters as well as attending a variety of athletic events, including the occasional golf or fishing excursion.
After earning the Salesmen of the Year Award in 2002, 2003, and 2005, I was promoted to Regional Sales Manager overseeing the Sarasota, Hillsborough, Polk, and Orange County markets. In 2007, I accepted the position of Business Development Manager and work primarily with large companies and the Pavement Network (www.pavementnetwork.com), a national alliance of quality paving contractors. Todd Stanislaus - Vice President - Co-Founder of Parking Area Maintenance
I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and have worked in the construction industry for over 24 years. I started in the paving business in 1983 as a striping and seal-coating foreman, and worked my way up to Production Manager and then Operations Manager. By working with every facet of the job, I have gained the experience necessary to be able to insure quality service for our customers.
In 2001, I was promoted to Sales in order to use my expertise in bidding specialty jobs. My years of experience working in every aspect of the industry helps me evaluate the customers' properties and provide them with the proper solution to address their paving needs.

Eric Messenger - Senior Project Consultant
Greetings and salutations. My name is Eric Messenger and I was born, raised and live in Tampa. I am married to a beautiful woman, Heather, and we have two energetic little boys, Jake and Brady.
I have been in the consulting field my entire professional life, beginning in the financial district and then in the construction field since the mid 90's. I have a strong belief in building relationships with my customers through hard work and unparallel service, as well as dedication to providing the best quality workmanship. I chose to work for Parking Area Maintenance because they exemplify my beliefs and support me and my customers to the fullest.

John Nakovich - Project Consultant
I was born and raised in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. I lived in that area until 1999, when I left to attend college at Virginia Tech, GO HOKIES! While in school, I spent some time working as an intern for the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia. In 2003, I graduated with honors and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Human Resource option.
During my college summers, I worked as a foreman for an asphalt maintenance company, where I personally swam through thousands of gallons of sealer before being promoted to a Field Supervisor position. After graduating, I took my industry knowledge and managerial education, moved to Tampa, and started working for Parking Area Maintenance as a Production Supervisor. In early 2007, I switched to the opposite side of the shovel when I made the move from Production to Sales. I am blessed to be working for such a great company. I enjoy my job very much and cannot wait to work with you on your project.

Mark Marder - New Business Consultant

My name is Mark Marder. I was born and raised in Flint, MI. In 1999, I moved to St. Petersburg to be closer to family. My brother and his family live in the same neighborhood.
I am blessed to be married to the most wonderful women in the world. I have 4 great stepchildren, 2 boys and 2 girls. My children are very athletic and our weekends are generally spent at the soccer fields. I’m also very proud of their scholastic achievements. Once in a great while, we manage to get in a little boating.

I was born in Mansfield, Ohio and moved to Overland Park, Kansas where I lived for 22 years before moving to Florida in 2004. I am married to my beautiful wife, Valerie and have newborn baby girl, Mia.

Laz Acosta - Project Consultant
I was born and raised in Upper Manhattan, New York City. I invested 16 years of my career in the Financial Industry, mainly in advertising. I moved to Tampa, Florida with my wife Debbie and two boys David and Matthew shortly after 9/11. Since then we were fortunate to be blessed with our third son Aiden.
My career with Parking Area Maintenance began when I was hired on as the Assistant Controller. I was then given the opportunity to try my hand at Project Consulting. Along with the intense training program, coupled with my financial and management background, I fully commit myself to assisting you with your parking lot needs. Naaman Baehr - Chief Project Consultant
IN LOVING MEMORY...
BAEHR, Naaman, “Bear,” 58, of Tampa, entered into rest on March 28, 2005. Originally from Ohio, he moved to this area in 1975. He was a member of the moose Lodge, and an avid golfer and outdoors-man. He was currently employed as a Chief Project Consultant with Parking Area Maintenance, in Tampa. Naaman was a beloved father, coworker, and friend. He is survived by his son: Ryan, and brother Denver, and an extended family of friends and coworkers.
He will be dearly missed.
